独自旅行。自掏腰包买流量。留着收据。
我做这个站，最初是自私的原因。烦透了每到一个新国家找 SIM 摊、又不知道有没有被宰。于是我开始记下每一张买过的 eSIM：花多少、实际用了多少流量、还会不会再买。这就是那本公开的笔记本。
我独自旅行，费用自己付。没有人塞免费套餐让我写软文。这很重要：我没有动机吹捧自己不会用的套餐。慢或贵，我会直说，然后指向我会真正推荐的那一档。
我怎么核对价格
目前覆盖 38 个国家和 9 个地区。每个店页标着我上次核对的日期。习惯是：
- 至少每月核对一次信任的供应商价格，并在页面上盖日期。
- 按性价比排序，通常是合理行程体量下的每 GB 价格，不是最花哨的标题价。
- 能实测覆盖就在自己手机上测；若只是旧行程笔记，会写清楚。
- 表格保持简单：套餐、流量、有效期、价格、供应商。没有假倒计时，没有编造折扣。
我怎么选「常推」
每个目的地我会标一档自己会再买的。通常是中等体量，够一次正常旅行、价格又不肉疼。你比我轻或比我重，完整表都在，可自行上下调。

I started this site for a selfish reason. I was tired of landing in a new country, hunting for a SIM stall, and never knowing if I paid a fair price. So I began writing down every eSIM I bought, what it cost, how much data I actually used, and whether I would buy it again. This is that notebook, made public.
I travel solo and I pay for everything myself. Nobody hands me free plans to review. That matters, because it means I have no reason to talk up a plan I would not use. If a plan was slow or overpriced, I say so and I move on to the one I would actually recommend.
I cover 38 countries and 9 regions. Every store page shows the date I last verified its plans. I recheck prices at least once a month, rank by value for a realistic trip size, test coverage on my own phone where I can, and keep tables simple: plan, data, validity, price, provider.
